Welcome to Trevllo ("we," "our," or "us"). These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Trevllo mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

1. Description of Service

Trevllo is a comprehensive communication management platform designed for businesses and vendors. The Service allows users to aggregate, manage, and respond to messages from multiple third-party platforms (including but not limited to Gmail, Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, and Telegram) within a single "universal inbox." The Service also includes artificial intelligence (AI) features designed to assist with generating replies and managing interactions.

2. Account Registration and Security

2.1 Account Creation: To use the Service, you must register for an account using a valid email address. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

2.2 Security: You are responsible for safeguarding your password and any other credentials used to access the Service. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party and to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3. Third-Party Integrations and Connected Accounts

3.1 Connecting Accounts: To utilize the core functionality of Trevllo, you may connect your third-party accounts (e.g., Meta/Facebook/Instagram, Google/Gmail, LinkedIn via Unipile, Telegram, WhatsApp).

3.2 Compliance with Third-Party Terms: By linking these accounts, you authorize Trevllo to access, store, and utilize data, messages, and tokens (including OAuth tokens) from these platforms on your behalf. You acknowledge and agree that your use of these integrated platforms remains subject to their respective Terms of Service and Privacy Policies (e.g., Meta's Terms of Service, Google's API Services User Data Policy).

3.3 Revocation of Access: You may revoke Trevllo's access to any third-party account at any time through the Service's settings or directly through the third-party platform's security settings.

3.4 API Limitations: The Service relies on third-party APIs. We are not responsible for any interruptions, changes in features, or termination of access imposed by these third-party providers.

4. Privacy and Data Handling

Your privacy is important to us. Our use of your data, including personal information, message content, and connected platform tokens, is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection, use, and sharing of your data as described in the Privacy Policy. Specifically, you acknowledge that Trevllo stores synchronized messages across connected platforms to provide the unified inbox experience.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation.
  • Transmit any material that is abusive, harassing, tortious, defamatory, vulgar, pornographic, obscene, libelous, or otherwise objectionable.
  • Send unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, spam, junk mail, or any other form of solicitation through the connected channels.
  • Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers or networks connected to the Service.

6. Artificial Intelligence (AI) Features

6.1 AI-Generated Content: Trevllo utilizes AI to suggest or generate replies to messages and comments (e.g., Tenant Mentions). You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving any AI-generated content before it is dispatched to your customers or contacts.

6.2 Disclaimer regarding AI: We make no warranties regarding the accuracy, appropriateness, or effectiveness of the AI-generated replies. You agree that Trevllo is not liable for any consequences arising from the use of automated or AI-assisted communications.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Trevllo and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Trevllo.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL TREVLLO, ITS AFFILIATES, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SERVICE, INCLUDING ANY RELIANCE ON AI-GENERATED CONTENT OR DISRUPTIONS CAUSED BY THIRD-PARTY API CHANGES.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK. THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR COURSE OF PERFORMANCE.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Service after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
