To provide the core functionality of a unified inbox, you may grant us access to third-party accounts (e.g., Gmail, Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, LinkedIn via Unipile, Telegram). When you do so, we collect:

  • OAuth and Access Tokens: We securely store access tokens, refresh tokens, and session strings to maintain a persistent connection to your chosen platforms.
  • Message and Communication Data: We download, synchronize, and store messages across these platforms. This includes the sender and recipient details, message body (text), subject lines, media URLs, folder/inbox locations, timestamps, and provider message IDs.
  • Interaction Data: We store mentions, comments, and interactions from social media platforms (e.g., Instagram/Facebook comments) alongside the corresponding AI-generated replies.

2.3 Automatically Collected Information:

We automatically collect certain information when you visit, use, or navigate the Service. This information does not reveal your specific identity but may include device and usage information, such as your IP address, browser and device characteristics, operating system, and push notification tokens.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use personal information collected via our Service for a variety of business purposes described below:

  • To Facilitate Account Creation and Logon Process: Using your email and password.
  • To Provide and Manage the Service: To aggregate your communications into a single inbox, synchronize messages in real-time via webhooks, and allow you to send replies.
  • To Power AI Features: To read incoming messages or mentions and utilize artificial intelligence to generate suggested replies based on your configured business instructions.
  • To Send Administrative Information: To send you product, service, and new feature information and/or information about changes to our terms, conditions, and policies.
  • To Protect our Services: For example, for fraud monitoring and prevention.

4. How We Share Your Information

We only share information with your consent, to comply with laws, to provide you with services, to protect your rights, or to fulfill business obligations.

5. Third-Party APIs and Google API Compliance

Our Service utilizes third-party APIs to function.

  • Google API Services User Data Policy: Trevllo's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
  • Meta (Facebook/Instagram/WhatsApp): By connecting Meta services, your data is also subject to Meta's Privacy Policy.

6. Data Retention

We will only keep your personal information and synchronized messages for as long as it is necessary for the purposes set out in this privacy policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law. When you disconnect a third-party channel or delete your account, we will delete or anonymize the associated synchronized messages and access tokens from our active databases.

We have implemented appropriate technical and organizational security measures designed to protect the security of any personal information we process (including encrypting OAuth tokens where applicable). However, despite our safeguards and efforts to secure your information, no electronic transmission over the Internet or information storage technology can be guaranteed to be 100% secure.
